Ordering

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

There are no cancellations or returns once your order has been placed.
However, if there is a problem with your order you may exchange it if we
are contacted within 48 hours of receiving your hair. (Hair must still be in original packaging and not installed)
**Very strict exceptions apply**

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PERIOD?

The company is based out of Chicago, IL. You should allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and then another 3-5 business days for shipping due to COVID-19 delays and restrictions. We currently only ship within the USA via the USPS. Once your order has been shipped from our store it is now up to USPS and their delivery schedules and procedures.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO YOU NEED?

The amount of bundles you get depends on the bundle lengths of your extensions.  I typically recommend 2-3 bundles for inches 12-18 and at least 3-4 bundles for lengths 18-24 and 4-5 bundles for lengths 24 and greater.
**The main rule of thumb: the longer the hair equals less hair in that bundle**
 Also, take into consideration that the number of bundles needed also
depends on the style and volume you desire. For example, if you want a
celebrity weave with a lot of volume and layers, you will need 3 to 5 bundles of hair. We personally like for sew ins to appear thick and full so I'm always wearing 3-5 bundles at a time. (Unless it's a bob style...then you only need two bundles)

CAN MY EXTENSIONS BE COLORED/DYED?

YES, you can color our hair extensions. The hair is 100% virgin hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well. However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. The more you lighten the hair, the more you compromise the integrity of the hair which can lead to dryness and brittle hair. Ensure you keep the hair conditioned if you will be lightening or coloring it. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your new hair extensions.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
